cellist, songwriter, singer, improvisator, cello teacher.
1991-1996: Classically trained cellist in The Royal Danish Academy of Music, with cello professor Torleif Thedeen, Copenhagen.
Now Im a singer, cellist and guitarist in my band, Soma and the loved ones. The cello is often pinched like a rhythm guitar.
Most songs have long solos. The music and texts are a tribute to people I love.
Nils Davidsen and Soma Allpass, have an acustic celloduo, "Mellem os". The recording is mostly improvisation. When we play concerts now it is mostly Nils Davidsens compositions.

1995-2003: Composed cellomusic for modern dance performances of Anders Christiansen and Anne Katrine Kallmoes.
2015-2018: Tove Ditlevsen music/ poetry performance with Lisbeth Diers, Birgitte Prins and Nanja Pontoppidan.
2010 -2018: Played a lot of free improvisation with jazz musicians and modern jazz music for larger groups with Torben Westergaard, Lisbeth Diers, Peter Danstrup, Anders Filipsen and now in Storälven.
2013-2020: Soma & Lil played improvisations and compositions for cello duo with effect pedals.
Concerts where the audience gave titles for improvisations for instans about things or something visual.
Soma & Lil studied and played the 1200 years old Gagaku compositions, Japanese emperor music. Played it in DK and Japan.
2018- future: Play 1-3 solocello Bach concerts per year.
2009- future:Teach children the cello in 3 music schools.
